Purchasing, delivery and returns policy

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via the SEUR 24 service.

We ship to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Belgium, Vatican City, France, Italy, Monaco, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland. We do not currently ship to Ceuta or Melilla.

You can track your order until it is delivered to the address provided.

Orders are delivered within 24 to 72 hours, depending on the time at which you place it. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to track your order online. Deliveries will be made on working days from Monday to Friday.

You can track your order by visiting the link that we will send you in your order confirmation email.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange your item upon receipt of your order. If you wish to return part or all of your order within this period, you can request to do so online using our contact form. Once collection has been arranged, the disassembled product must be placed back in its original packaging with all its protective packing materials in place for the return.

If you are returning your item due to a fault or manufacturing defect, the shipping charges will be covered by MICA. However, if you wish to return your item for other reasons, the cost of returning the product shall be payable by you, the customer. You will be notified of the cost by email after we have examined your particular case.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product of any kind, you must return it and place a new order for the item or items you require.

If you are returning your item due to a fault or manufacturing defect, the shipping charges will be covered by MICA. However, if you wish to exchange your item for other reasons, the cost of returning the product shall be payable by you, the customer. You will be notified of the cost by email after we have examined your particular case.

REFUNDS

The cost of returning an item will be covered by MICA for deliveries within Spain, provided the product is damaged or faulty, or if you have received an incorrect item. In the case of voluntary returns, all charges will be payable by the customer and will be deducted when the returned product is refunded.

In the case of voluntary returns, you will be refunded the total cost of the returned items, although delivery costs will not be refunded.

Once we have received the product at our warehouse and have checked it, your refund will be processed within three working days. This period may vary depending on whether public holidays fall within it or on the conditions of your bank. The refund will be made by the same method of payment used to make the purchase.
